Serve as the strategic point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment, transparency, and measurable outcomes across RevGuard’s revenue protection services.
Identify denial patterns, payer behavior trends, and root causes of revenue leakage. This role feeds intelligence back into both RCM and IDR strategy.
Manage high-impact reimbursement disputes under the No Surprises Act. Ideal candidates have experience with arbitration, NSA workflows, or complex AR enforcement.
Support high-acuity emergency and transport services by ensuring accurate, compliant coding that stands up to payer scrutiny and enforcement.
Apply deep specialty knowledge to one of the most scrutinized reimbursement environments in healthcare. Experience with neuromonitoring billing, modifiers, and documentation alignment required.
Build relationships with sophisticated healthcare organizations and articulate RevGuard’s differentiated RCM + IDR model. Ideal candidates understand enterprise sales, consultative conversations, and long sales cycles.
